General physicians and psychologists are available on Docprime 24/7. Specialist doctors are available from 9 AM to 11 PM. Hence, if you request an appointment after 11 PM, the doctors will contact you the following morning.

Response times can vary as our doctors are assisting multiple users at once. If your query isn't urgent and you're unable to connect with a doctor, you can request a consultation with a different doctor. DocPrime's support team is always ready to assist you.
Docprime features allopathic doctors who prescribe medications based on their professional knowledge. We do not offer advice on homoeopathy, Ayurveda, or other alternative treatments.
Yes, you can reconnect with a previously consulted doctor on Docprime. Simply request a consultation with them through the app.
Each consultation includes a one-time session, a treatment plan, and follow-up for the same medical concern for up to 7 days. For new concerns, you will need to schedule a new appointment.
Docprime is available to all users aged 18 and above. There are no other restrictions on who can use the app.
Docprime is not intended for emergency healthcare. It is designed for wellness, primary care, and second opinions. For serious medical conditions or emergencies, please visit your nearest healthcare centre or call 102 for an ambulance.
All steps from compatible smartwatches and wearables linked to Apple Health / Google Fit will sync with the Docprime App once you grant permission. For troubleshooting, log out and log back in, grant necessary permissions, and your steps should be visible on the Home Tab.
