Docprime features allopathic doctors who prescribe medications based on their professional knowledge. We do not offer advice on homeopathy, Ayurveda, or other alternative treatments.
Yes, you can reconnect with a previously consulted doctor on Docprime. Simply request a consultation with them through the app.
Each consultation includes a one-time session, a treatment plan, and follow-up for the same medical concern for up to 7 days. For new concerns, you will need to schedule a new appointment.

Docprime is available to all users aged 18 and above. There are no other restrictions on who can use the app.
Docprime is not intended for emergency healthcare. It is designed for wellness, primary care, and second opinions. For serious medical conditions or emergencies, please visit your nearest healthcare center or call 102 for an ambulance.
No, rescheduling is not possible. However, you can cancel your appointment and book a new one.
Yes, you can cancel your appointment by selecting "cancel appointment" on the Consultations Screen.
You can request a call anytime within 7 days of your appointment. Doctors will return your call during their online hours, typically between 9 AM and 11 PM.
A prescription may be considered invalid for several reasons:
- The appointment date does not match the date on the prescription.
- The patient's name does not match the name on the prescription.
- The doctor's name does not match the name on the prescription.
- The prescription lacks a valid letterhead.
- The prescription does not bear the doctor’s stamp or signature.
- The uploaded picture is blurry.
After your prescription is marked as invalid, you have a maximum of two attempts to upload a valid or corrected prescription.
Unfortunately, manual entry of steps is not permitted.
All steps from compatible smartwatches and wearables linked to Apple Health / Google Fit will sync with the Docprime App once you grant permission.

Syncing Steps for Android Devices:
- Log out of the app and log back in.
- Grant necessary permissions when prompted.
- Enter your Gmail ID and ensure all permissions are enabled.
- Your steps should now be visible on the Home Tab.
Syncing Steps for iOS Devices:
- Update the Docprime App from the App Store.
- Open the "Health" App in your device settings.
- Go to the "Sources" tab and select Docprime app.
- Ensure all permissions are enabled.
All steps synced via your smartphone or smartwatch are automatically recorded with timestamps on the Docprime App dashboard. No manual intervention is needed.
Yes, the maximum step count per day is capped at 40,000 steps.
Steps are counted from midnight to 11:59 PM each day.
Possible reasons for steps not syncing:
- Incorrect email ID entered
- Permissions not granted to the Docprime app
- Docprime app not refreshed after sign-up
- Sync issues between smartwatch and phone
- Permissions not granted between smartwatch app and phone
If using Fitbit, some versions may not be compatible. Contact Chat Support for Fitbit syncing.
If an error occurs, restart the app or log out and log back in.
Docprime App does not support Garmin and GOQii devices.
Sign up with your official email ID, then tap the Stepathon Banner on the Home Tab and navigate to the 'Teams' Tab. From there, you can create or join a team and track your team and individual steps on the Challenge Leaderboard.

To book your Gym sessions:
- Click on "Book Now" on the Docprime home screen.
- Select the Centre based on your location.
- Choose your preferred Date and Timings.
- Review your Booking Summary and proceed to book your session.
To redeem your cult.fit pass:
- Click on "Redeem Cult Pass" on the Docprime home screen.
- Select 'Buy for 0 FITCoins'.
- Enter your Whatsapp number to Confirm Purchase.
Your voucher code will be sent to the Whatsapp number you provided during the purchase.

You can cancel your appointment up to one hour before the session and schedule another one.

- Go to My bookings, select the booking you want to cancel, and click cancel.
Mention that you booked the session via Docprime app & Fitternity. Show your confirmation email/SMS or booking summary.
You will receive a QR code 20 minutes before the class. Show it to the camera provided at the center to mark your attendance.
Open Docprime app and respond YES to the confirmation pop-up. Share your basic details at the center to enjoy your workout.

A legal consultation remains active for 2 days, allowing you to follow up with your expert and address any concerns. After this period, you'll need to request a new consultation.
Yes, you can reconnect with the same legal expert once the 2-day follow-up period has elapsed.
Financial Experts are available on Docprime from 9 AM to 11 PM. To book a consultation, go to the care tab, select the Financial Wellness Tab, and choose from a list of experienced financial experts.
For an expert to provide accurate advice, transparency is essential. Sharing your financial history allows the expert to offer tailored guidance.
A financial consultation is active for 2 days, giving you time to follow up with your expert and address any concerns. After this period, you will need to request a new consultation.
Yes, you can consult with the same financial expert after the 2-day follow-up period has ended.
A Financial Expert on the Docprime app can assist you with investment planning, taxation, income management, debt management, risk management, insurance, retirement planning, cash flow and budgeting, or credit management, depending on their area of expertise.
Yes, additional tests can be added to your Annual Health Checkup plan. To book individual tests, select the “Book Lab Tests” option under the Care Tab and choose your desired tests.
When booking your health checkup, you will be provided with multiple diagnostic partner options based on your location and availability. You can select your preferred partner from the list provided.
We offer the best available options for health checkups in your area. We recommend not connecting with other partners, as expenses at those centers may not be covered under your corporate plan.
